I received my September Topbox a couple weeks ago. This month's theme was Chatelaine and came with the most recent issue of the magazine. Hope you enjoy seeing what I received!
Wella Thermal Image Heat Protectant: Shield and help protect while keeping hair cooler during dry stage styling with flat irons and curling irons -- I haven't had a chance to try this out yet as I normally use the Tresemme Heat Protectant. I do use a lot of heat on my hair so more heat protectant is never a bad thing. Retails for $14 on the Ulta website.
Cover FX Anti-Aging Primer: A nourishing foundation primer and anti-aging serum that preps the skin prior to foundation application -- I've used a small sample of this before and it is so hydrating! A great primer to use in the dead of winter to hydrate the skin and prep it for foundation. I haven't noticed my foundation lasting any longer than usual but the intense hydration is reason enough to continue using this product. Retails for $38 on the Cover FX website.
Lise Watier Teint Age Control Supreme: a new line of foundation with our exclusive concentrated Labrador Tea extract, a powerful antioxidant, at the heart of its active ingredients. Complexion appears visibly smoother and flawless, while the appearance of wrinkles and imperfections is reduced -- A new anti-aging based foundation. I would love to try it but the colour is not my shade at all. I have filled out the beauty profile but I don't think they really know what 'pale/fair' means. Retails for $48 on the Lise Watier website.
Bourjois Paris Volume Glamour MAX Holidays: It’s full, rounded contact blush with ultra soft fibres coat and “plump up” every lash to give your lashes the BIG “WOW” factor! -- I haven't had a chance to try this out (way too many open mascaras already) but I like the looks of the brush. Retails for $20 in Canada.
Katy Perry Killer Queen Fragrance: Killer Queen's top notes include wild berries, dark plum and bergamot accords. The main note of the heart is velvety red flower (Celosia), but there are also Sambac jasmine and rainbow plumeria. The base contains cashmere, patchouli and liquid praline -- This is definitely my kind of scent, but more so a nighttime scent. If you like the original Rihanna perfume Reb'l Fleur, check this one out as that one is my most favourite celebrity perfume on the market right now.
I hope you enjoyed seeing what I received. Stay tuned for reviews on the individual products once I finish them or I either love or hate them enough to dedicate a post to them.
